摘  要:动刚度是指起重机大梁结构抵抗动载荷引起变形能力,是衡量桥式起重机动力学特性的一个主要指标。数字近景摄影测量具有远距离非接触等优点,利用近景摄影技术测量起重机大梁动刚度,可以实现远距离非接触动刚度测量。与传统测量方法相比,无须在梁上放置传感器,直接在远处摄影,通过图像处理方式获得大梁振动频率以及振动时间参数,大大简化测量过程,具有安全、可靠方便测量等突出优点。Dynamic stiffness refers to the ability of crane girder structure to resist deformation caused by dynamic load,which is a main index to measure the dynamic characteristics of bridge crane.Digital close-range photogrammetry has the advantages of long distance non-contact,etc.using close range photogrammetry technology to measure the dynamic stiffness of crane girder can realize long-distance non-contact dynamic stiffness measurement.Compared with the traditional measurement method,it does not need to place sensors on the beam,and takes photos directly in the distance.The vibration frequency and vibration time parameters of the beam are obtained by image processing,which greatly simplifies the measurement process and has outstanding advantages of safety,reliability and convenience.
