人口老龄化背景下福建省医养结合养老服务模式问题与策略研究

摘　　要：目的了解人口老龄化背景下福建省医养结合服务的现状和存在的问题,为促进工作的发展提供建议。方法通过政策分析和实地调研,对福建省的老龄化情况和医养结合服务开展情况进行调查。结果现阶段福建省已形成了具有当地特色的医养结合模式,但是仍存在着服务成效不高、医护人员不足、资源配置不均衡和供给主体单一等问题。结论针对目前情况,提出建立机构准入和评价机制、加快医养结合人才的培养、引导社会力量参与、提升农村医养结合服务水平和建设具有当地特色的医养结合服务机构等对策建议。Objective To know the situation and problems on the background of aging population of the medical-nursing combined service in Fujian Province,so as to provide suggestions for promoting healthy old-age.Methods Through policy analysis and field research interviews,making an investigation on aging population and the medical-nursing combined service.Results The local characteristics medical-nursing combined service has been formed in the present situation of Fujian Province.However,there are still problems,such as the low service efficiency,lack of medical staff,unbalanced resource allocation and simple main suppliers.Conclusion Some suggestions are proposed,i.e.to establish the mecha⁃nism of institution access and evaluation,accelerate the training of medical and nursing talents,guide the social forces participation,improve the rural medical-nursing combined service,and establish local characteristic medical-nursing combined service institutions.
