摘  要:目的以深圳市疾控系统卫生应急基本知识、基本技能和基本操作(简称“三基”)竞赛为例,探讨疾控系统卫生应急“三基”知识技能竞赛的组织和实施方法。方法通过竞赛的组织和实施,从竞赛成绩分布、试卷质量、成绩与专业的相关性、三次考试成绩的变化等方面分析竞赛的成效和存在的问题。结果360人参加备赛复习,其中160人参赛,占52.6%;形成一套包含3894道题目的复习题库;理论考试试题及整卷区分度>0.4,整卷的难度系数在0.55~0.67之间,题型难易搭配合理,难度适中,但实操考试有待优化;预防医学专业的成绩较其他专业显著占优;竞赛理论考试成绩较两次模拟考试成绩明显提高,体现出竞赛的成效。结论竞赛的组织实施达到了整体提高工作人员“三基”水平的预期目的,为疾控系统组织和实施类似的培训和竞赛提供了一套可借鉴的模式。Objective To discuss the organization of“three basic”knowledge and skills competition for health emergency from disease control system in Shenzhen City.Method After the competition,the achievements and problems were analyzed based on score distribution,examination paper quality,relevance between score and profession,as well as changes in scores of three examinations.Result 360 people prepared for and 160 people(52.6%)attended the competition.The review test library included 3894 examination questions.The differentiation of theoretical examination questions and the whole test paper was>0.4,the difficulty coefficient of the whole test paper was between 0.55 and 0.67,which was moderate,however the practical examination needed to be optimized.The score of preventive medicine was significantly better than other professions.The results of the competition theory test were significantly higher than those of the two simulation tests,reflecting the effectiveness of the competition.Conclusion The“three basic”level of whole staff are improved as expected through the competition,which provides a model for similar training and competition in the disease control system.
