摘　　要：疫苗通过冷链供应,在生产、储存和运输等环节均需低温保持其稳定性。为扩大疫苗的可及性,世界卫生组织近年提出了受控温度链(Controlled Temperature Chain,CTC)疫苗管理方式和扩展受控温度条件(Extended Controlled Temperature Conditions,ECTC)疫苗管理策略,根据疫苗稳定性试验结果制定更宽松的管理条件。通过汇总和分析国内外关于疫苗稳定性和CTC管理策略的相关研究资料,探讨CTC策略作为疫苗冷链供应补充策略的可行性。Through the supply of cold chain,the vaccines need to be kept stable at low temperature in production,storage and transportation.In order to improve immunization coverage,World Health Organization(WHO)has put for⁃ward the strategy of Controlled Temperature Chain(CTC)and Extended Controlled Temperature Chain(ECTC)of vac⁃cines in recent years,and formulates more relaxed storage conditions according to the results of vaccine stability test.In this paper,the CTC management strategy as a supplement to vaccine cold chain supply are discussed through summariz⁃ing and analyzing the relevant research data about vaccine stability and strategy of CTC management.
