杭州市富阳区老年结核病患者结核病知识知晓情况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探究杭州市富阳区老年结核病患者结核病知识知晓情况并分析其影响因素。方法对2020年1—12月于杭州市富阳区第一人民医院门诊就诊的178例老年结核病患者进行问卷调查,计算结核病知识知晓率,采用χ^(2)检验及多因素logistic回归分析结核病知识知晓率的影响因素。结果问卷调查实际有效对象178例,结核病知识总体知晓率为58.71%,全部知晓率为11.80%。年龄和性别是影响老年结核病患者结核病知识知晓率的危险因素,居住地、受教育程度、职业、就诊状态是影响结核病知识知晓率的保护因素。老年结核病患者获取结核病相关知识最主要的途径为医务人员讲解,占31.46%,其余依次为传统媒体26.97%、社区宣传活动25.28%。结论杭州市富阳区老年结核病患者结核病知识知晓率处于中等水平,建议加大媒体及社区宣传力度,提高老年结核病患者结核病知识知晓水平。Objective To explore the awareness of tuberculosis knowledge among elderly tuberculosis patients in Fuyang District,Hangzhou City,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 178 elderly patients with tuberculosis in the Out⁃patient Department of The First People’s Hospital of Fuyang District in Hangzhou were investigated by questionnaire from January to December,2020.The awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge was calculated.The influencing factors of awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge were andyzed byχ^(2)test and multivariate logistic regression.Results 178 cas⁃es were effective,the total awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge was 58.71%,and the total awareness rate was 11.80%.Age and gender were the risk factors affecting the awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge in elderly patients.Residence,education level,occupation and visit statuswere the protective factors affecting the awareness rate of tuber⁃culosis.The main access to tuberculosis related knowledge of elderly tuberculosis patients was explained by medical staff(31.46%),followed by traditional media(26.97%)and community publicity activities(25.28%).Conclusion The aware⁃ness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among elderly tuberculosis patients in Fuyang District,Hangzhou City is at a medi⁃um level.It is suggested that the media and community publicity should be strengthened to improve the awareness level of tuberculosis knowledge among elderly tuberculosis patients.
