摘 要:目的了解全国省级疾控中心40岁及以下青年职工思想现状,为有针对性地提高青年思想政治工作提供依据。方法2019年通过网络和纸质问卷的形式调查31个省(自治区、直辖市)级和新疆建设兵团疾控中心40岁及以下职工共6099人,主要内容包括人口学特征、思想与价值观、工作满意度及目标和学习与培训情况等。结果省级青年职工认为当前疾控系统青年思想政治建设中最突出的问题是形式手段不丰富的占45.6%,对现有工作岗位表示满意的占63.1%,认为现收入低于自己预期收入的占95.5%,认为目前疾控系统青年在工作中最大的困惑是缺乏有效的晋升与聘任机制的占50.3%。结论全国省级疾控中心青年职工总体上思想进步、价值观正确,大多数对工作有明确的职业规划,有很强的学习欲望和需求。但对目前疾控系统的晋升与聘任机制、工资待遇和培训较为不满。Objective To know the ideological state of young employees aged≤40 years in national provincial centers for disease control and prevention(CDC),and provide evidence for improving the pertinence ideological and political work for youth.Methods A total of 6099 employees≤40 years in the CDC of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and munici⁃palities)and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were investigated through online questionnaire in 2019.Demo⁃graphic characteristics,thoughts and values,job satisfaction and goals,learning and training were included in the ques⁃tionnaire.Results 45.6%provincial-level young employees thought that the most prominent problem is the lack of forms and means in the current CDC youth ideological and political construction,63.1%young employees were satisfied with their jobs,95.5%thought their current income was lower than anticipated income.50.3%believed that the most perplexing problem was the lack of effective promotion and employment mechanism.Conclusion The young staff of national provin⁃cial CDC has progressive thinking and correct values.Most have clear career plans for their jobs and strong desire to learn.But they are not satisfied with the promotion and employment mechanism,salary and training.
