摘 要:目的对2017—2019年上饶市中心血站采供血过程动态检查中发现的差错问题进行分析,以便更好地管理差错,寻找降低差错发生概率的办法和策略。方法汇总2017—2019年上饶市中心血站采供血过程动态检查记录,按质量管理体系5大要素—“人、机、料、法、环”分类统计次数和占比,比较业务科室各要素之间的百分比变化。结果涉及到“人”的因素占比最大。业务科室各要素比较发现,检验科涉及到“人”的因素占比最大,献血服务科占比最小。结论通过分析2017—2019年中心血站采供血过程动态检查发现的问题,可以更好地完善并持续改进质量管理体系,对不同的业务科室动态检查侧重点应有所变化,以提高血液质量安全和献血者服务水平。Objective To analyze the errors found in the dynamic inspection of blood collection and supply from 2017 to 2019 in the station,so as to better manage errors and find out the methods and strategies to reduce the probability of errors.Methods The dynamic inspection records of blood collection and supply from 2017 to 2019 were collected,and the statistical frequency and proportion were classified according to the five major elements of the quality management system,“human,ma⁃chine,material,method and environment”were used to compare the percentage change among each element in the business department.Results The proportion of“human”factor was the highest,and the proportion of“human”factor was the highest in the laboratory department,and the proportion of blood donation service department was the lowest.Conclusion By analyz⁃ing the dynamic examination of blood collection and supply process from 2017 to 2019,the quality management system docu⁃ments can be better improved and continuously improved,and the emphasis of dynamic examination in different business de⁃partments should be changed,so as to improve blood quality safety and blood donor service level.
