摘 要:多限流设备配合抑制直流电网短路故障电流时,限流设备通过故障电流相互耦合,难以获取各设备参数与故障电流幅值和能量抑制能力的定量关系以优化其参数。该文首先分析了平波电抗器(current limiting reactor,CLR)、故障限流器(fault current limiter,FCL)、直流断路器(DCcircuit breaker,DCCB)的动作时序以及故障等效模型;通过对限流设备故障限流过程中耐受的电压应力建模,获取各设备对故障电流幅值的抑制作用进而实现解耦,并分析各设备故障电流幅值抑制贡献度和特征;推导短路故障下模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的转移能量函数,结合故障电流幅值抑制贡献度,计算各限流设备抑制故障电流能量的贡献度并分析其特征。通过研究CLR和FCL配合抑制故障电流幅值和能量的效果,提出以各限流设备成本效益均衡为目标的多限流设备参数优化方法以实现经济性最优。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建含仿真模型,验证了所提抑制贡献度和参数优化方法的正确性。Fault current limiting devices coupling with each other through fault current when multi devices are used to limit short-circuit fault current of DC grid, and it’s difficult to obtain quantitative relation between parameters of devices and fault current limiting ability, which can be used to optimal parameters. First, the time sequence of current limiting reactor(CLR), fault current limiter(FCL), DC circuit breaker(DCCB)and fault equivalent model was analyzed in this paper. Voltage stress of fault current limiting devices were used to analyze fault current amplitude limiting effect, and decoupling of multi devices was realized. The contribution of fault current limiting devices was obtained, and characteristics were analyzed. The contribution of fault current energy limiting effect of fault current limiting devices was obtained by analyze energy transfer characteristic of modular multilevel converter(MMC)and fault current amplitude limiting contribution. Besides, fault current energy limiting characteristics were analyzed. The fault limiting effect of CLR coupling with FCL was analyzed in amplitude and energy dimensionality. A parameters optimal method for fault current limiting devices were proposed, which treat economical as objective function by coordinate cost-effectiveness of devices. Methods in this paper are verified by PSCAD/EMTDC.
