摘 要:在分布式发电市场化交易中,传统交易中心在面对分布式能源海量、高频、小额交易时,存在着平台运维成本高、资金结转不及时、交易信息不透明等缺点,因此,需要探索相应的应对方法。在我国相关政策指导下,该文提出基于区块链的分布式能源交易方案,包括考虑过网费差异的挂牌交易机制、可再生能源认证机制和信用管理机制等三部分,同时,设计了实现方案的智能合约,并在搭建的以太坊私有链上进行了交易仿真。仿真结果表明,所提方案可有效增加分布式能源交易各方的经济效益,同时提升监管机构的管理效率。In distributed energy trading, a traditional centralized energy trading platform is not designed to deal with massive, frequent, and small-scale transactions. Its limitations includes high operation and maintenance cost, lack of autonomy and transparency, etc. Thus, respective scheme is needed to be explored. A distributed energy trading scheme was proposed in this paper, based on blockchain,which was in line with China’s related policies regarding three parts: a listed trading mechanism that takes into account differences in network fees, a renewable energy consumption certification mechanism, and a credit management mechanism. Also,corresponding smart contact was designed and simulated in Ethereum private chain. The result shows that the scheme in the paper could increase income of all participants and improve efficiency of the regulator effectively.
