摘　　要：目的分析Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物预防性使用情况,为临床正确合理使用抗生素提供指导方案。方法通过医院感染管理软件收集2017-2018年浙江省台州市中心医院收治的Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性使用抗菌药物的患者2663例,分析抗菌药物品种选择、疗程、用药时机等情况。结果Ⅰ类切口手术围术期不合理用药主要因素为用药疗程不适宜,次要因素为用药时间不适宜,一般因素为给药时机不适宜、品种选择不适宜、适应证不适宜。结论运用帕累托图可直观发现医院不合理用药的主次要因素,有利于医院制定相应的干预措施和指导方案。Objective To analyze the prophylactic use of antibiotics in the perioperative period of typeⅠincision surgery,and to provide guidance for the correct and reasonable use of antibiotics in clinical departments.Methods A total of 2663 patients received prophylactic antibiotics during perioperative period of typeⅠincision surgery admitted to Taizhou Central Hospital from 2017 to 2018 were collected through nosocomial infection management software.The selection,treatment course and timing of antibiotics were analyzed.Results The main factors of unreasonable drug use in perioperative period of class type I incision operation were as follows:the course of treatment was not suitable;the secondary factor was that the time of medication;the general factor was that the time of administration,the choice of variety,and the sign of application.Conclusion The main factor of irrational drug use during perioperative period of typeⅠincision surgery is the unsuitable course of drug use,the secondary factor is the unsuitable time of drug use,and the general factor is the unsuitable time of drug administration,the unsuitable variety selection and the unsuitable indications.
