短期小剂量米力农辅助治疗扩张型心肌病难治性心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察短期小剂量米力农辅助治疗扩张型心肌病难治性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选择2019年5月-2020年3月云南省昭通市第一人民医院心血管内科收治的扩张型心肌病难治性心力衰竭患者58例,采用随机数字表法分为干预组及对照组各29例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,干预组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用短期小剂量米力农治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后心功能指标。结果干预组患者总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的79.31%(χ^(2)=4.062,P=0.044);治疗后,2组患者心输出量、心脏每搏量、左室射血分数均高于治疗前,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论短期小剂量米力农辅助治疗扩张型心肌病难治性心力衰竭可提高临床疗效,改善心功能,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of short-term low-dose milrinone in adjuvant treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and refractory heart failure.Methods From May 2019 to March 2020,58 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and refractory heart failure admitted to the Department of Cardiology,the First People's Hospital of Zhaotong,Yunnan Province,were selected and divided into intervention group and control group with 29 cases each by random number table method.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the intervention group were treated with short-term low-dose milrinone on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 96.55%,which was higher than 79.31%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.062,P=0.044);After treatment,the cardiac output,cardiac stroke volume,and left ventricular ejection fraction of the patients in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Short-term low-dose milrinone in adjuvant treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and refractory heart failure can improve clinical efficacy and improve heart function,and it is worthy of clinical application.
