新型城镇化下天津市旅游业结构的分析及优化对策

摘　　要：优化旅游产业结构是实现新型城镇化的重要内容,在此背景下,采用偏离-份额法对天津市旅游产业结构进行了分析.结果表明:天津市旅游产业的原有基础较好,朝阳产业优势明显,综合来看,交通、购物销售较全国是发展最好的部门,住宿、餐饮和娱乐相对稳定,但发展缓慢缺乏动力;最差的是游览部门,不论是产业原有基础还是综合竞争力都处于劣势地位.针对天津市旅游产业的现状和存在的问题,从优化旅游产品结构,发展智慧旅游服务、加强管理和重视旅游宣传等方面提出建议,为天津市旅游产业的优化和促进可持续发展提供帮助.Optimizing tourism industry structure is an important part of new urbanization.The paper analyses Tianjin’s structure of tourism industry with the Shift-Share Method and the result shows that Tianjin’s tourism industry has a solid foundation and the sunrise industry enjoys apparent advantages.On the whole,transportation and shopping are the best developed departments across our country while accommodation,catering and entertainment are relatively stable,yet at a slower speed.And the worst one is the tour department,whether in terms of the foundation or the comprehensive competitiveness.Considering the city’s present situation and existing problems,the paper then puts forward some suggestions such as optimizing tourism products,developing smart tourism service,reinforcing management and attaching importance to tourism propaganda and so on,to contribute to the sustainable development of Tianjin’s tourism industry.
