摘 要:本文以廉价的对伞花烃为原料,以氧气为氧化剂,先催化氧化得到对甲酚中间体,之后用氧气催化氧化对甲酚制备对羟基苯甲醛,是一条制备对羟基苯甲醛的新工艺路线。探讨了每步反应的影响因素,详细考察了催化剂、溶剂、反应时间、反应温度和反应压力等因素对反应的转化率和收率的影响,找到了制备对羟基苯甲醛的最佳工艺条件。In this paper,applied the cheap p-cymene as raw material,oxygen as oxidant,the intermediate of p-cresol was obtained by catalytic oxidation,and then p-hydroxybenzaldehyde was prepared by catalytic oxidation of p-cresol with oxygen.It was a new process route to prepare p-hydroxybenzaldehyde.The influence factors of each step of reaction were discussed.The effects of catalyst,solvent,reaction time,reaction temperature and pressure on the conversion rate and yield were investigated in detail.The best preparation conditions of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde were obtained.
