摘 要:转子系统是旋转机械的核心部件,在航空发动机、燃气轮机、压缩机和数控机床等众多机械装备中都有广泛应用。转子系统一般由旋转部件和支承部件构成,其中组合支承是转子系统中重要的承力部件。转子系统中的几何非线性、转定子碰摩、连接非线性等非线性因素与支承自身的非线性因素耦合产生的内部激励,使得转子系统动力学行为复杂,发生混沌现象。首先阐述了组合支承转子动力学的研究背景和意义,回顾了应用在航空发动机中组合支承转子系统的支承方案及其应用情况,系统的介绍了五种组合支承转子系统模型,现有的建模方法、应用在组合支承转子系统高维非线性动力学中的降维方法、非线性动力学微分方程的求解方法、组合支承非线性问题的机理研究以及对转子系统振动特性的影响,最后提出了在组合支承转子系统研究中值得关注的问题。Rotor system is the core component of rotating machinery, widely used in gas turbine engines, turbofan engines, compressors and machine tool spindles. The rotor system generally contained rotating parts and supporting parts. Supporting components are important load-carrying structure in the rotor system. The internal incentives that can be generated by the coupling of nonlinear factors such as geometric nonlinearity, rotor friction and connection nonlinearity from rotor system and nonlinearity of the support, made the dynamic behavior complex and occur chaos phenomena. Survey the research background and significance of the combined support-rotor system, outline the combined support scheme of support-rotor system and application in aero engine. Afterwards, systematically reviews recent advances in the five types of combined support-rotor system and the modeling methods, reduction method applied in high dimensional nonlinear dynamics of combined supported rotor system, as well as the calculation method of nonlinear dynamic differential equation. Finally, future noteworthy problems in the combined support-rotor system dynamic analysis are discussed.
