摘　　要：为了深入研究石墨烯复合材料压阻特性,解决压阻复合材料定量传感问题,实现自传感结构变形监测,通过球磨混合工艺和单螺杆挤出工艺制备了石墨烯/柔性聚乳酸复合丝材,采用材料挤出成形3D打印作为石墨烯/柔性聚乳酸自传感复合材料的结构成型工艺,对导电高分子复合材料的压阻特性展开研究,探究了不同载荷条件对复合材料压阻特性的影响规律,为实现自传感结构变形监测提供了可靠的依据。最后搭建了基于Lab VIEW和实时数据采集模块的自传感结构变形重构实时监测系统,通过建立平面弯曲变形传感单元的计算模型,使用阵列传感单元实现了结构变形重构实时监测功能,其中重构形状误差低于3%。In order to further study piezoresistive properties of graphene composites, solve the problem of quantitative sensing through piezoresistive composites, and realize the deformation monitoring of self-sensing structure, oxide graphene/flexible poly lactic acid(rGO/flexPLA) composites are prepared by ball mill mixing process and single screw extrusion process, and material extrusion modeling 3D printing process is used as the structure forming process of rGO/flexPLA self-sensing composite material. Piezoresistive properties of the conductive polymer composites are studied. The influence of different load conditions on the piezoresistive properties of composite materials is explored, and it provided a reliable basis for realizing self-sensing structural deformation monitoring. Finally, a real-time monitoring system for morphing and reconstruction of self-sensing structures based on LabVIEW and real-time data acquisition module is built. By establishing the calculation model of the plane bending deformation sensing unit, the array sensing unit is used to realize the real-time monitoring function of structural deformation reconstruction, and the reconstructed shape error is less than 3%.
