摘  要:为保证垄作作物中耕后前后期的肥料需求,减少施肥次数和肥料浪费,设计了一种手扶式三岔条带中耕施肥机。机器采用间隙啮合齿轮排肥器,提高了排肥均匀性。设计并采用三岔条带排肥管,通过二次分肥作用实现肥料的带状分布。采用EDEM对三岔条带排肥管进行了施肥作业仿真。结果表明:肥料呈带状分布,垄侧到垄沟方向肥料数量呈增大趋势,沿机器前进方向均匀分布,肥料颗粒数量分布平均变异系数为0.077,符合实际施肥要求。该研究可为小型中耕施肥机的设计和应用提供参考。In order to ensure the fertilizer demand in the early and post-cultivation period of the ridge crops,and reduce the number of fertilization and fertilizer waste,a walk-behind three-chamber strip cultivating fertilizer applicator is designed.The clearance meshing gear fertilizer distributor is used in the machine,which can improve the uniformity of fertilizer.The threechamber strip fertilizer pipe is also designed and used in the machine to realize strip distribution of fertilizer through the secondary fertilizer distribution.The EDEM software is used to simulate the fertilization operation of the three-chamber strip fertilizer pipe.The simulation result shows that the fertilizer is distributed in a strip shape.The number of fertilizer particle is increasing along from ridge sides to ridge bottom.The fertilizer distribution is even along the direction of velocity and the average coefficient of variation is 0.077,which meets the actual fertilization requirements.The research hopes to provide a reference for the design and application of small-scale cultivating fertilizer applicators.
