摘 要:对设计初始阶段的汽车进行有限元分析,可以加速研发时间、节省研发经费。针对一款初始设计阶段的汽车白车身三维模型,进行刚度和模态的有限元仿真分析,校核其是否符合企业设计标准。通过仿真得到:白车身刚度值满足企业标准且开口处变形较小。白车身低阶模态频率较高,均避开激励频率,白车身的模态频率与振型分布合理。仿真显示,设计初始阶段的白车身刚度和模态性能符合企业标准。Carrying out finite element analysis on the vehicle models at the initial stage of design can speed up R&D and save R&D funds.Using a three-dimensional model of the automobile body-in-white at the initial design stage,a finite element simulation analysis of stiffness and modalities is conducted to check whether it meets the design standards of the enterprise.Through simulation,the bending stiffness value and torsional stiffness value of the body-in-white meet the enterprise standard,and the deformation at the body opening is small under the stiffness condition.The lower-order modal frequency of body-in-white is higher,avoiding the excitation frequency,and the modal frequency and vibration mode distribution of body-in-white are reasonable.The simulation shows that the bodyin-white body stiffness and modal performance in the initial stage of the design meet the enterprise standard.
