摘  要:利用建筑垃圾再生砖粉制备生态型超高韧性水泥基复合材料(ECC),研究了再生砖粉取代率对生态型ECC抗压、抗折、弯曲及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:生态型ECC的抗折、抗压强度均低于基准组,且随着再生砖粉取代率的增加总体呈降低趋势。抗弯试验中,基准组的开裂强度和抗弯强度均最高,生态型ECC的开裂强度均低于基准组;再生砖粉取代率为100%时,生态型ECC的弯曲性能最佳,开裂挠度和极限挠度较基准组分别提高了166.7%和38.0%。单轴拉伸试验中,随着再生砖粉取代率的增加,ECC的开裂应力逐渐降低;再生砖粉取代率为100%时,ECC的拉伸性能最佳,开裂应变和极限应变较基准组分别提高了250.7%和54.9%。Ecological ECC was prepared by using construction waste recycled brick powder.The effect of the replacement rate of recycled brick powder on the compressive,flexural,bending and tensile properties of ECC was studied and analyzed.The results showed that the flexural and compressive strengths of ecological ECC are both lower than the benchmark group,and as the replacement rate of recycled brick powder increases,the overall trend declines;in the flexural test,the cracking strength and flexural strength of the ECC specimens of the benchmark group are the largest,and the cracking strength of the ecological ECC was lower than that of the benchmark group.When the replacement rate is 100%,the ecological ECC has the best bending performance,the cracking deflection and ultimate deflection are 166.7%and 38.0%higher than the benchmark group;In the uniaxial tensile test,as the replacement rate of recycled brick powder increases,the cracking stress of the ECC specimen gradually decreases.When the substitution rate is 100%,the tensile performance of ECC is the best,and the cracking strain and ultimate strain are 250.7%and 54.9%higher than the benchmark group.
