摘 要:合成了酯类和醚类聚羧酸高性能减水剂(PCE),均为三元共聚物,并研究了酸醚比、聚醚大单体、侧链连接方式对PCE在胶凝材料表面吸附行为的影响。结果表明:PCE分子结构中酸醚比越大,PCE在胶凝材料表面的吸附性能越强;酯类PCE在水泥和粉煤灰表面的吸附性能小于醚类PCE;TPEG合成的醚类PCE在水泥和粉煤灰表面的吸附性能强于HPEG合成的醚类PCE。In this paper,an ester and an ether polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducer(PCE)were synthesized.The effects of acid ether ratio,polyether macromonomers,side chain link on the adsorption behavior of PCE on cementitious materials were studied.The result showed that the larger the molecule structure of PCE acid ether ratio,the stronger the adsorbability of PCE on the surface of cementitious materials.The adsorption performance of ester PCE on cement and fly ash surface is less than that of ether PCE,and that of TPEG synthetic ether PCE on cement and fly ash surface is stronger than that of HPEG synthetic ether PCE.
