摘 要:基于纳米改性技术制备碳纳米管改性沥青,并采用沥青三大指标、DSR、BBR和微波导热试验对碳纳米管改性沥青的高低温性能、微波导热以及机理等进行研究。结果表明,碳纳米管改性沥青内部主要以物理反应为主,采用优化工艺参数可制备分散良好的碳纳米管改性沥青;随着碳纳米管改性剂掺量的增加,改性沥青的针入度和延度减小,软化点逐渐升高;碳纳米管掺量越高,改性沥青的高温流变性越好,而其低温性能随碳纳米管掺量的增加呈先提高后降低的趋势;碳纳米管改性剂可显著提高改性沥青的微波导热性。Carbon nanotube modified asphalt was prepared based on nano-modification technology.Three major indexes,DSR,BBR and microwave thermal conductivity test were used to study the high and low temperature performance,microwave thermal conductivity and mechanism of carbon nanotube modified asphalt.The results show that the internal of carbon nanotube modified asphalt is mainly physical reaction.And the well-dispersed carbon nanotube modified asphalt can be prepared by using the process parameters of this study.With the increase of the content of carbon nanotube modifier,the penetration and ductility of the modified asphalt decreased,and the softening point increased gradually.The higher carbon nanotube content can lead to a better high temperature rheological property of the modified asphalt.However,the low temperature performance of the modified asphalts increases at first and then decreases with the increase of carbon nanotube content.Finally,the test results show that carbon nanotube modifiers can significantly improve the microwave thermal conductivity of asphalt materials.
