摘 要:采用质量浓度为2%的NaOH溶液对玉米秸秆纤维进行活化预处理,在180℃、4 MPa条件下进行热压,制备出无胶玉米秸秆板,研究了秸秆板的力学性能、表面微观形貌、热稳定性及结构。结果表明:碱活化预处理可以明显改善秸秆板的力学性能,其中静曲强度(MOR)、弹性模量(MOE)、内结合强度(IB)明显提高,吸水膨胀率(TS)显著下降,性能稳定;FT-IR分析表明,秸秆纤维经过碱处理及热压后,产生了多种有利于自胶结的官能团。The rubber free corn straw board was prepared by activation pretreatment of corn straw fiber with NaOH solution with mass fraction of 2%and hot pressing at 180℃and 4MPa.The mechanical properties,surface micromorphology,thermal stability and structure of the corn straw board were studied.The results showed that the pretreatment with alkali activation could significantly improve the mechanical properties of straw board,in which the static bending strength(MOR),elastic modulus(MOE)and internal binding strength(IB)were significantly increased,the water absorption expansion rate(TS)was significantly decreased,and the performance was stable.Ft-IR characterization showed that after alkali treatment and hot pressing,straw fibers produced a variety of functional groups conducive to self-cementing.
