耐水型聚合物乳液防水涂料应用研究

摘　　要：以丁苯乳液为成膜物质,硫酸钡为主要填料,添加各种助剂,制备了耐水型环保聚合物乳液防水涂料,研究了防水涂料的耐水性能,并与传统的聚氨酯防水涂料、聚合物乳液防水涂料、聚合物水泥基防水涂料等进行对比。结果表明:该防水涂料综合性能优异,吸水率低,7 d吸水率低于5%,浸水7 d抗拉强度保持率、粘结强度保持率均大于50%,与油性聚氨酯防水涂料性能相近,且无VOC排放。Water-resistant environmentally friendly polymer waterproof coating was prepared by using styrene-butadiene emulsion as film former,barium sulfate as the main filler and various additives.The water resistance performance of the waterproof coating was mainly studied and compared with traditional polyurethane waterproof coatings,polymer emulsion waterproof coatings,polymer cement-based waterproof coatings,etc.The results showed that the waterproof coating has excellent comprehensive performance,low water absorption and other properties,especially the 7 d water absorption rate is less than 5%,the retention rate of tensile strength and bond strength after 7 days of immersion in water are both greater than 50%,which is comparable to oil-based polyurethane waterproof coatings,and has no VOC emission.
