摘  要:目的探讨转化生长因子-β受体(transforming growth factor-βreceptor,TGF-βR)Ⅰ和Ⅱ在男性雄激素性脱发(androgenetic alopecia,AGA)患者头皮生长期毛囊中表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化方法对15例男性AGA患者不同头皮区域(枕部非脱发区、脱发过渡区和脱发区)和5例年龄匹配的正常男性头皮生长期毛囊TGF-βRⅠ和TGF-βRⅡ的表达进行分析对比。结果各组毛囊中均有TGF-βRⅠ的表达,主要表达于毛囊的外毛根鞘,在各组毛囊间均无明显差异(P>0.05);正常对照组和AGA患者枕部非脱发区组的毛囊中均未见有TGF-βRⅡ表达,AGA脱发过渡区组有34.4%(11/32)的毛囊其外毛根鞘有轻度TGF-βRⅡ表达,脱发区组有51.6%(16/31)的毛囊其外毛根鞘有轻度TGF-βRⅡ表达,表达率显著高于正常对照组和AGA患者枕部非脱发区组的毛囊(P均<0.05)。结论男性AGA患者脱发区和脱发过渡区部分毛囊存在TGF-β信号通路活化的迹象,可能参与AGA的发病机制。Objective To explore the expression of TGF-βRⅠand RⅡin anagen hair follicles from different scalp areas of male AGA patients and its significance in the pathogenesis of AGA.Methods The expression of TGF-βRⅠand RⅡin anagen hair follicles was accessed by immunohistochemical method in 15 male AGA patients(experimental group)with different scalp areas(occipital non alopecia area,transitional alopecia area and alopecia area)and 5 age-matched normal men(control group),and the results were analyzed comparatively.Results TGF-βRⅠwas mainly expressed in the outer root sheath of the hair follicles,the expression had no difference between the different regions of the scalp in the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Control group and occipital non alopecia area in the experiment group showed no expression of TGF-βRⅠ;34.4%and 51.6%of the outer root sheath showed mild expression of TGF-βRⅠin transitional alopecia area and alopecia area respectively in the experiment group,to be compared with the control group and occipital non-alopecia area,the difference was significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In male patients with AGA,some hair follicles showed signs of activation of TGF-βsignaling pathway,which may be involved in the pathogenesis of AGA.
