皮肤镜和皮肤组织病理技术在皮肤病学临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：皮肤镜作为一种无创的显微图像分析技术,在临床上已被皮肤科医师广泛应用;皮肤组织病理阅片是皮肤病诊断过程中不可或缺的一部分,更是皮肤病诊断的"金标准"。笔者对167名本科生教学满意度问卷调查,结果发现将皮肤镜技术和皮肤组织病理阅片技术应用于本科生的临床教学中后,有助于提高学生对皮肤病特征皮损结构的认识、相似皮损间的细微差别以及临床皮损与皮肤镜表现、组织病理表现的联系,并且提高了学生对皮肤病的学习兴趣。因此,皮肤镜技术和皮肤组织病理阅片技术可以作为传统教学模式的补充,在皮肤病学的临床教学中发挥一定作用。Dermoscopy,as a non-invasive microscope image analysis technology,is widely used in dermatological clinical and research work.Histopathology is an indispensable technique of the diagnosis process in skin diseases.Through a questionnaire survey of 167 undergraduates’about teaching satisfaction,we found that the application of dermoscopy and histopathology in the clinical teaching of undergraduates can improve students’understanding of the structure of the skin lesions and increase their interest in dermatology.Therefore,dermoscopy and histopathology can be used as a supplement to the traditional teaching method and play an important role in clinical teaching of dermatology.
