关于大数据时代的大学生就业工作探析

摘　　要：对大数据时代大学生就业工作问题进行探讨,从阐述大数据的定义入手,进一步分析将大数据与大学生就业工作结合起来的必要性,介绍了大数据时代下大学生就业工作面临的挑战,最后提出新的时代背景下做好大学生就业指导工作的策略。This paper discusses the employment of college students in the era of big data,starting with the definition of big data,and further analyzing the necessity of combining big data with the employment of college students,and introducing the challenges faced by college students in the era of big data.Finally,Put forward the strategy to do a good job in the employment guidance of college students under the background of the new era.
