摘  要:针对塑件壁薄且深的结构特点,设计了液压二次抽芯结构,避免了塑件内壁抽芯时损坏。设计了定模斜滑块推芯,解决了塑件顶部外表面斜孔脱模。通过动模斜导柱抽芯,完成了塑件底面倒扣脱出;通过动模斜顶抽芯,解决塑件内部倒扣的脱模,并对塑件分型面设计,成型零件设计做了阐述。According to the structural characteristics of thin and deep wall of plastic parts,the hydraulic secondary core-pulling structure is designed to avoid damage when the inner wall of plastic parts is core-pulling;the fixed mold oblique sliding block is designed to push the core to solve the oblique hole demoulding on the top surface of plastic parts;the bottom surface of plastic parts is solved out by moving mold oblique guide column core-pulling;the internal inverted buckling demoulding of plastic parts is solved by moving mold oblique top core-pulling,and the parting surface design and molding part design of plastic parts are described.
