摘　　要：以冰箱散热盖板注射模的叠层结构设计为案例,介绍了大型倒装叠层注射模的设计要点及其工作过程,成功解决了模具的流道、承重、同步等技术难题。叠层模具的设计大大提高了实际生产的效率和注塑机台的利用率。This article takes the stack-mold structure design of the refrigerator evaporator-cover injection mold as an example,which introduces the design points of large reverse injection stack-mold and its working principle,and its design successfully solves the technical problem of mold gating system,load-bearing and synchronization.Moreover,the design of stack-mold has improved the efficiency in production and utilization rate of injection machine.
