摘 要:Cr基模具钢在冲压模具的制造中有着广泛应用,研究电火花线切割技术加工此类模具钢的工艺规律,对于企业生产实现增效降本有着重要意义。以材料种类、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、伺服电压为试验变量,切割速度、加工尺寸、表面粗糙度为工艺目标进行了正交试验,采用极差分析与方差分析对试验结果进行了分析,两种分析方法得出的结论基本一致,分析结论可信度较高。Cr-based die steel has been widely used in the manufacture of stamping dies.It is of great significance to study the technological rules of machining such die steel by WEDM technology for enterprises to achieve efficiency increase and cost reduction.Taking material type,pulse width,pulse interval,servo voltage as test variables,cutting speed,machining dimension,surface roughness as process objectives,orthogonal test was carried out.Range analysis and variance analysis were used to analyze the test results.The conclusions obtained by the two analysis methods were basically consistent,and the reliability of the analysis conclusions was relatively high.
