摘　　要：介绍了兴澄特钢采用连铸板坯-轧制流程生产20〜200mm厚镜面塑料模具钢的技术要求、生产工艺和实物质量。该模具钢以预硬化态交货(硬度30~38 HRC),探伤满足锻件φ2mm要求,全厚度硬度波动≤2HRC。This paper introduces the technical requirements,production process and quality of 20〜200mm thick mirror plastic mold steel.which produced by continuous casting-slab rolling process in xingcheng special steel.The steel plate is delivered in pre-harding state(hardness 30-38HRC),and the inspection quality can meet φ2 for forge piece,hardness change of full thickness in 2HRC.
