摘  要:镀锌薄板基体成分分析是确保其材质的重要基础技术。在厂家建立校准曲线的基础上,通过对辉光放电原子发射光谱法测定过程中的一些影响因素(如:激发电压、激发电流、光谱描迹与漂移校正、取样质量、试样表面质量、氩气纯度与流量)进行控制,实现了对镀锌薄板中多元素的测定。按照实验方法对3块低合金钢标准物质进行测定,测定值与认定值基本一致,误差在标准物质证书允许差范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)为0.61%~6.8%。按照实验方法测定3块镀锌薄板试样,并采用GB/T 20123—2006/ISO 15350:2000高频感应炉燃烧后红外吸收法测定C、S,GB/T 20125—2006电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定Si、Mn、P、Cr、Ni、Mo、Cu、V、Al、Ti、Nb,进行方法对比试验,结果表明,实验方法与高频感应炉燃烧后红外吸收法或电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法基本一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)为0.38%~3.4%。The analysis of matrix composition of galvanized sheet is an important basic technology to ensure the material quality.On the basis of establishing calibration curve by the manufacturer,the influencing factors in the determination of glow discharge optical emission spectrometry(such as excitation voltage,excitation current,spectral trace and drift correction,sample quality,sample surface quality,argon purity and flow rate)were controlled to realize the determination of multi-elements in galvanized sheet.Three low alloy steel reference materials were determined according to the experimental method.The found results were basically consistent with the certified values,and the error was within the allowable error of the standard material certificate.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=9)were between 0.61% and 6.8%.Three samples of galvanized sheet were determined according to the experimental method.The contents of C and S were also determined by infrared absorption method after combustion in high frequency induction furnace(GB/T 20123-2006/ISO 15350:2000),and the contents of Si,Mn,P,Cr,Ni,Mo,Cu,V,Al,Ti,Nb were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(GB/T20125-2006)for comparison.The results showed that the experimental method was basically consistent with the infrared absorption method after combustion in high frequency induction furnace or the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=9)were between 0.38%and 3.4%.
