摘　　要：为了探讨我国县域农村电商发展模式及其驱动因素,基于全国215个"淘宝村集聚县"代表县域数据,以"钻石模型"为研究框架,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),对我国县域样本进行研究。研究发现:县域企业积极推进信息化战略,是农村电商发展的核心基础;人力资本要素与金融业支持是推动县域农村电商发展的核心动力。在此基础上,总结了我国县域农村电商三种主要发展模式:县域产业服务电商创业型(154县,又可细分为农业服务电商创业型(68县)和非农服务电商创业型(86县)),财政推动创业型(21县),以及支持性环境促进型(5县)。研究拓展了在农村电商领域的产业竞争优势研究,为县域农村电商发展提供了经验总结与理论借鉴。In order to explore the development model and driving factors of rural e-commerce in county areas of China,we took the"diamond model"as the research framework and applied the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to investigate the county samples of China based on the data of"215 taobao village cluster counties".It is found that county enterprises actively promote informatization strategy,which is the core foundation of rural e-commerce development.Human capital elements and financial support are the core driving force for rural e-commerce development in counties.On this basis,three development modes of rural e-commerce in counties are summarized:county industries promote e-commerce entrepreneurship(154 counties,which are further divided into agricultural promotion of e-commerce entrepreneurship(68 counties)and non-agricultural industrial promotion of e-commerce entrepreneurship(86 counties)),financial promotion of entrepreneurship(21 counties)and supportive environmental promotion(5 counties).This paper expands the existing research on industrial competitive advantages in the field of rural e-commerce and provides experience summary and theoretical support for the development of rural e-commerce in county areas.
