时尚产业产教融合人才培养模式改革与实践——以浙江理工大学为例

摘　　要：为了探讨高校时尚产业产教融合的人才培养模式,首先从认知层面、实践教学、资源落地和师资队伍四个方面分析时尚产业产教融合人才培养过程中存在的问题;然后提出了基于"五共同一融合"的时尚产业产教融合人才培养模式,即通过"共同制定人才培养方案""共同开发课程标准与教材""共同选拔和培养学生""共同培养‘双师’""共同建设实训基地"的路径,实现产业与学校融合培养人才;接着以浙江理工大学为例,采用该模式构建时尚专业新体系、建立人才培养实施路径、开展产学合作协同育人培养项目等,培养满足时尚产业发展需求的各类人才;最后分析了该人才培养模式的实践成效。该研究为高校时尚类专业推进产教融合人才培养模式改革提供了参考和借鉴。In order to explore college talent cultivation mode of industry-education integration in fashion industry,the problems existing in the talent cultivation in the fashion industry through industry-education integration were analyzed from four aspects:cognitive level,practical teaching,resource availability and teaching staff.A talent training model based on"five common and one integration"is proposed,namely achieving talent cultivation through industry-education integration through"co-developing talent training program","co-developing curriculum standards and teaching materials","co-selecting and training students","co-cultivating dual teachers"and"co-building a training base".Then,based on a case study of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University as an example,the mode was used to construct a new system of fashion major,establish the implementation path of talent cultivation,and carry out industry-education cooperation and training programs so as to cultivate various talents meeting the development demand of fashion industry.In the end,the practical effects of this talent cultivation mode were analyzed.This paper provides a reference for colleges and universities to promote the reform of the talent training mode of industry-education integration.
