摘　　要：评定用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱标准加入法测定三氯化钌的镁含量的测量不确定度,各分量来源于测量重复性、样品稀释过程、样品稀释溶液浓度、样品母液体积和称量质量。其中,样品稀释溶液浓度的不确定度由最小二乘法拟合工作曲线的过程、标准储备液、配制标准溶液系列的稀释过程等引入的分量构成。所评定的三氯化钌中镁含量为(0.0078±0.0008)%,k=2。主要不确定度分量是由最小二乘法拟合工作曲线引入的不确定度和稀释过程引入的不确定度。采取相应措施可有效降低该主要分量对测量不确定度的贡献,从而改进该分析方法的精密度。The measurement uncertainty is evaluated in the determination of Mg Content in ruthenium trichloride by the standard addition method of inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES).The uncertainties result from measurement repeatability,sample dilution process,sample dilution solution concentration,liquor volume and sample weighing.Among them,the uncertainty of the concentration of the sample diluted solution was composed of the process of fitting the working curve by the least square method,the standard stock solution and the dilution process of preparing the standard solution series.The Mg content in the evaluated ruthenium trichloride was(0.0078±0.0008)%,k=2.The main uncertainty components were the uncertainty introduced by the least squares method to fit the working curve and the uncertainty introduced by the dilution process.Corresponding measures can be taken to effectively reduce the contribution of the main components to the measurement uncertainty,thereby improving the precision of the analysis method.
