摘 要:综述了非晶合金的尺寸效应、本构模型、超塑性变形能力、超塑性成形工艺、室温塑性和微楔横轧技术的研究现状,提出了高效生产轴类件的微楔横轧技术,结合基于非晶合金优异的力学性能和过冷液相区的超塑性变形能力一次性成形高强度、高精度非晶合金微型轴类件的研究思路,指出非晶合金在多向复杂变形条件下的本构关系、晶化率与变形参数之间的关系、非晶合金微型轴类件的成形范围、微楔横轧模具设计新准则是实现非晶合金板微楔横轧成形的关键问题。通过正交试验探究了微楔横轧的工艺参数对微型轴类件成形质量的影响规律,并就非晶合金微楔横轧成形工艺的研究路线进行了展望。The research status of size effect,constitutive model,superplastic forming ability,superplastic forming process,plasticity at room temperature and micro cross wedge rolling technology of amorphous alloy was summarized,and the micro cross wedge rolling technology for producing shaft parts efficienty was proposed,combined with the research ideas of one-time forming of high strength and high precision amorphous alloy micro-shaft parts based on the excellent mechanical properties and superplastic deformation capacity in the super cooled liquid phase. It is pointed out that the constitutive relationship of the amorphous alloy under multi-directional complex deformation conditions,the relationship between crystallization rate and deformation parameters,the forming range of amorphous alloy micro-shaft parts and the new design criterion of micro cross wedge rolling die are the key problems for the realization of micro cross wedge rolling of amorphous alloy sheet. Through orthogonal tests,the influence rule of the micro cross wedge rolling process parameters on the forming quality of micro-shaft parts was investigated,and the research route of micro cross wedge rolling forming process of amorphous alloy was prospected.
