摘 要:利用微波辅助刻蚀法制备了多孔石墨烯筛(MHGO),然后通过简单的高温固相法合成了具有MHGO镶嵌的钛酸锂-多孔石墨烯筛(LTO-MHGO)复合材料。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、Raman光谱仪以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对制备的材料进行成分分析和结构表征。结果表明,所制备的LTO-MHGO复合材料在5 C(1 C=175 mA/g)倍率的电流密度下具有较好的循环稳定性,循环2000次后仍保持142.6 mA·h/g的可逆容量。在20 C倍率的电流密度下,初次放电比容量达到170.2 mA·h/g,循环500次后可逆容量仍维持在122 mA·h/g。相比于未掺杂的钛酸锂,所制备的LTO-MHGO倍率性能和长期循环性能得到大幅提升。The multi-level hole graphene oxide(MHGO)was prepared by microwave-assisted etching method.Then the lithium titanate-multi-level hole graphene oxide(LTO-MHGO)composites with MHGO inserted were prepared by a simple high-temperature solid phase method.The composition analysis and structure characterization of the prepared materials were carried out by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Raman spectrometer and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the prepared LTO-MHGO composites have good cyclic stability at a current density of 5 C(1 C=175 mA/g),a reversible capacity of 142.6 mA·h/g is maintained after 2000 cycles.At a current density of 20 C,the initial discharge specific capacity reaches 170.2 mA·h/g,and the reversible capacity remains at 122 mA·h/g after 500 cycles.Compared with the undoped LTO,the rate performance and long-term cycle performance of the prepared LTO-MHGO have been greatly improved.
