摘 要:为深入了解Mo对烧结机台车高铬铸铁篦条磨损性能的影响,模拟了相关磨损工况,通过磨损试验及扫描电镜等手段对2种不同成分的高铬铸铁篦条的耐磨粒磨损性能和耐冲蚀磨料磨损性能进行了对比研究,并简要探讨了磨损机制。结果表明:2种试验篦条的组织均主要由奥氏体、马氏体和(Cr,Fe)_(7)C_(3)型碳化物组成,其中含Mo篦条的显微组织较细。在相同的磨损条件下,含Mo篦条的耐磨料磨损性能和耐冲蚀磨料磨损性能均较优,且2种试验篦条在酸性介质下的耐冲蚀磨料磨损性能相对于碱性介质下均较差。2种试验篦条的磨粒磨损机制主要为微观切削和疲劳剥落,冲蚀磨料磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损和腐蚀磨损。In order to understand the influence of molybdenum on the wear performance of high chromium cast iron grate bar in sintering machine trolleys,the abrasive wear resistance and the erosion-abrasive wear resistances of two different kinds of high chromium cast iron grate bars with different compositions under simulate related wear conditions were studied by wear tests and scanning electron microscopy.In addition,the wear mechanism was briefly discussed.Results showed that the microstructures of the two test grate bars were mainly composed of austenite,martensite and(Cr,Fe)_(7)C_(3) type carbide,and the microstructure of molybdenum-containing grate bar was finer.Under the same wear conditions,the abrasive wear resistance and erosion-abrasive wear resistance of molybdenum-containing grate bar were superior,and the two kinds of test grate bars had worse erosion-abrasive wear resistance in acid medium than in alkaline medium.Moreover,the abrasive wear mechanism of the two test grate bars mainly included micro-cutting and fatigue spalling,and the erosion-abrasive wear mechanism mainly included abrasive wear and corrosion wear.
