摘 要:半潜驳是水利工程安装作业的重要装备,施工过程中半潜驳需经常上浮、下潜以满足装卸要求,其稳性值得关注。文章以半潜驳的船体表面文件、半潜驳分舱表与各舱室舱容表和载重件参数等为输入,采用基于非均匀有理B样条(NURBS曲面)的湿表面压力积分算法开发了半潜驳稳性评估程序OSTAB(Ocean university of China STABility assessment code),建立了快速的半潜驳船稳性安全评价方法。以“四航南海号”为研究对象,开展了其横向稳性评估工作。通过与装载计算书的数据进行对比发现,文章所提出的计算方法对于装载工况浮态、初稳性高度、静稳性力臂的计算结果均与装载计算书数据匹配较好,该方法能够较准确地评估半潜驳的稳性。The semi-submersible barge is one kind of important equipment for the installation of hydraulic engineering.During the construction,the semi-submersible barge needs to be floated upward and downward frequently in order to satisfy the loading and unloading requirements,so the stability of the semi-submersible barge deserves attention.In this paper,the semi-submersible barge stability assessment program OSTAB(Ocean university of china STABility assessment code)was developed by using the wet surface pressure integral algorithm based on the Non-Uniform Rational B-Splines(NURBS surface),and a method for rapid stability assessment was established,in which the hull surface files of the semi-submersible barge,the subdivision table,the cabin capacity table of each cabin,and the load-carrying parameters were selected as input files.Taking the"Sihang Nanhai"as the research object,the lateral stability assessment were carried out and the results were compared with the load calculation book.It is found that the flotation condition,the initial matacentric height,and the static stability lever curve match the data in the loading calculation book,and the method proposed in this paper can accurately assess the stability of the semi-submersible barge.
