摘  要:先采用硫酸溶液,通过硬质阳极氧化法在铝上获得一层预氧化膜,然后在草酸中继续阳极氧化。研究了在预存氧化膜覆盖下进行铝后续阳极氧化的规律。结果表明,预氧化膜不仅令高电场强度条件下铝在草酸中进行硬质阳极氧化更容易,还拓宽了后续阳极氧化的电压窗口,使后续草酸阳极氧化膜层的生长更均一、有序。Hard anodization of aluminum was conducted initially in a sulfuric acid solution to form an anodic aluminum oxide(AAO)film,and subsequently in an oxalic acid solution.The anodization behavior of aluminum with a pre-existed AAO film was studied.The results show that a pre-existed AAO film not only facilitates the hard anodization of aluminum in oxalic acid under a high-intensity electric filed,but also broadens the voltage window of the subsequent anodization,and leads to a more uniform and orderly growth of AAO film during the subsequent anodization in oxalic acid.
