摘 要:以某中小型涂装企业为例,分析其现有VOCs(挥发性有机物)废气收集处理存在的问题,针对VOCs废气产生源收集不全面,漆雾回收率低,VOCs废气收集系统混乱,VOCs废气处理工艺不适当,VOCs废气处理设备能力偏小等问题导致的VOCs超标排放,从源头、过程和末端全过程进行整改,整改后企业产生的VOCs废气能达标排放。The existing problems of the collection and treatment system for VOCs(volatile organic compounds)-containing exhaust gases in a small-and medium-scale painting plant were analyzed,such as incomplete collection of VOCs-containing exhaust gases from all the emission sources,poor reclamation of paint mist,disorder of the exhaust gas collection system,unreasonable treatment processes,and low treatment capacity of equipment.Some rectification measures for source prevention,process control,and end-of-pipe treatment were presented to eliminate the excessive emission of VOCs.After the rectification,the VOCs emission of the plant could be compliant with the relevant standard.
