摘 要:刮板输送机是煤矿开采系统的重要设备,承担着煤炭运输的重要任务。在输送过程中,刮板输送机的中部槽工况条件恶劣,磨损严重。通过离散元(Engineering Discrete Element Method,EDEM)软件建立刮板输送机物料输送的动态过程,分析刮板输送机链轮改进前后中部槽的磨损情况,得出中部槽冲击磨损特性曲线。仿真结果表明,刮板输送机中部槽链条下部区域冲击磨损较大,链轮改进后可有效提高刮板输送机的使用寿命。Scraper conveyor is an important part of coal mining system,which undertakes the important task of coal transportation.In the process of conveying,the working condition of the middle groove of scraper conveyor is bad and the wear is serious.Dynamic process of scraper conveyor material conveying was established by Engineering Discrete Element Method(EDEM)software,and the wear condition of middle groove before and after sprocket improvement was analyzed,and the impact wear characteristic curve of middle groove was obtained.The simulation results show that the impact wear of the lower part of the chain in the middle groove of scraper conveyor is large,and the improved sprocket can effectively prolong the service life of scraper conveyor.
