摘  要:为了对龙门数控机床动态特性的影响机制进行分析,基于多目标优化方法获取其结合部虚拟材料模型的参数,构建了精确的结合部虚拟材料模型,从而建立了准确的龙门数控机床动力学模型,并对此方法建立的动力学模型进行了试验验证。基于此动力学模型,对龙门数控机床动态特性的影响机制进行分析,结果表明:螺栓固定结合部的虚拟材料参数对龙门数控机床的固有频率影响最大;在结合部虚拟材料参数中,弹性模量对龙门数控机床的固有频率影响最大;前三阶固有频率皆随表面粗糙度的增大而变小,而固有频率受结合部真实接触面积与名义接触面积的比值的影响情况较为复杂。In order to analyze the influence mechanism of the dynamic characteristics of gantry CNC machine tools,obtaining parameters of virtual material model of joint based on multi-objective optimization method,the accurate virtual material model of the joint was constructed,thus the accurate dynamic model of the gantry CNC machine tool was established,the dynamic model established by this method was verified by experiments.Based on this dynamic model,the influence mechanism of the dynamic characteristics of gantry CNC machine tool was analyzed:the virtual material parameters of bolted joint has the greatest influence on the natural frequency of gantry CNC machine tool;in the virtual material parameters of the joint,the elastic modulus has the greatest influence on the natural frequency of the gantry CNC machine tool;the first three natural frequencies decrease with the increase of surface roughness,but the influence of the ratio of the real contact area to the nominal contact area is more complex.
