乌海市心血管疾病高危人群筛查情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解乌海市常住人口心血管疾病高危情况的检出率以及相关影响因素,为制定预防心血管疾病的相关措施提供专业依据。方法:采用乌海市心血管初筛项目数据,对9 033名常住居民检出率及其影响因素进行分析。结果:乌海市心血管疾病高危检出率为27.79%,不同年龄、性别、吸烟情况、饮酒情况、高血压病史、糖尿病病史、体质指数和腹型肥胖的心血管疾病高危检出率差异有统计学意义,其t值依次为52.232、418.083、217.075、281.876、18.595、38.704、1041.065、85.303,P值均<0.05。带入多因素回归方程显示,男性、高龄、吸烟、有高血压病史、体质指数高者,是心血管疾病的危险因素,少量饮酒是心血管疾病的保护因素。结论:应建议居民戒烟限酒,加强体育锻炼,有针对性的开展健康教育和健康促进,有效地控制心血管疾病的发生发展。OBJECTIVE To understand the detection rate of high risk of cardiovascular disease among the permanent resident population in Wuhai City and the related influencing factors,and to provide professional basis for formulating measures to prevent cardiovascular disease. METHODS The detection rate and related factors of 9 033 permanent residents were analyzed by the data of cardiovascular preliminary screening project. RESULTS The detection rate of cardiovascular disease in Wuhai city was 27.79%. There was statistical significance in the detection rate of cardiovascular disease among different ages,genders,smoking status,drinking status, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, body mass index and abdominal obesity, the values of t were 52.232,418.083,217.075,281.876,18.595,38.704,1 041.065,85.303,P<0.05. The multivariate regression equation showed that male,old age,smoking,history of hypertension and high body mass index were risk factors for cardiovascular disease,while light drinking was a protective factor for cardiovascular disease. CONCLUSION Residents should quit smoking,limit alcohol,strengthen physical exercise,carry out health education and health promotion,effectively control the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.
