摘　　要：三级肿瘤专科医院面对恶性肿瘤发病率持续攀升带来收治压力的增大,基层医院在应对恶性肿瘤诊疗技术日新月异的发展面临越来越大的挑战,社会公众群体对医疗质量与服务的要求不断提高[1],大环境的变化与医院内部的挑战,不断要求各级肿瘤医院提升医疗水平,规范诊疗行为。以区域内“合作、互利、共赢”为原则,成立南通市肿瘤防治专科联盟,目标是以整合南通市肿瘤防治资源,规范诊治肿瘤,提高肿瘤防治水平,推进南通市肿瘤防治的全程管理,为广大肿瘤患者提供规范、便捷、优质的集肿瘤预防、诊治、康复为一体的服务。The incidence of malignant tumors continues to rise in tertiary tumor specialized hospitals.which brings increasing pressure of treatment,In response to the rapid development of malignant tumor diagnosis and treatment technology,grassroots hospitals are facing more and more challenges,The demand of the public for medical quality and service is constantly improving,The change of the environment and the challenges within the hospital constantly require cancer hospitals at all levels to improve the medical level and standardize the diagnosis and treatment behavior.Based on the principle of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation within the region,Nantong Cancer Prevention and Treatment Alliance was established.The goal is to integrate the tumor prevention and treatment resources in Nantong and standardize the diagnosis and treatment of tumors,Improve the level of tumor prevention and treatment,promote the whole management of tumor prevention and treatment in Nantong City,and provide standardized,convenient and high-quality services of tumor prevention,diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation for the majority of tumor patients.
