摘　　要：目的:探讨老年脂肪性肝病患者的中医体质分布及相关危险因素。方法:采取病例对照研究设计,纳入病例组患者494例,对照组人群452例。应用二分类Logistic回归分析方法,分析老年脂肪性肝病患者的中医体质类型及相关危险因素。结果:在脂肪性肝病与中医体质类型关系型中,阳虚质和痰湿质2种偏颇体质为危险因素;在脂肪性肝病与其相关危险因素关系的模型中,年龄、BMI、高脂血症、糖尿病为危险因素。结论:老年脂肪性肝病与中医体质类型、体重及相关疾病史之间存在一定关联性,应积极调整偏颇体质,合理健康饮食、控制体重,加强对老年脂肪性肝病高危人群的干预。Objective:To explore the distribution of TCM constitution and related risk factors of fatty liver in the elderly.Methods:With the case controlled study design,494 cases of fatty liver group and 452 cases of control group were selected.The relationship between fatty liver and constitutional types of TCM and related risk factors were analyzed by Binary Logistic regression methods.Results:In the model of methods of the relationship between fatty liver and constitutional types of TCM,two pathological constitutional types(Yang deficiency type and phlegm wetness type)were proved to be risk factors.In the model of methods of the relationship between fatty liver and associated risk factors,age,BMI,hyperlipidemia and Type 2 diabetes were proved to be risk factors.Conclusion:There are correlations between fatty liver and constitutional types of TCM,body weight and the history of related diseases,thus it is necessary to focus on adjusting the pathological constitution,having a reasonable and healthy diet,controlling the weight,and strengthening the intervention for the high risk of fatty liver in the elderly.
