射孔试气联作工艺在苏丹高GOR油井的应用

摘  要:针对苏丹油田高GOR(气油比)、单井投产施工周期长的特点,对地面试气流程进行优化调整。①将测试管线直接连接至地面生产管线;②在做好井口和井筒准备工作后,通过抽汲作业将井筒上部掏空,再下入射孔和试气联作管柱;③配合使用RD安全循环阀、旁通短节、封隔器等测试工具,通过套管环空灌液和液压传导方式完成射孔枪的点火起爆和负压射孔;④经地面测试设备获取地层油气产出情况,制定相应的油气生产制度后,再由地面生产管线输往集输站进行投产。实践证明,此套工艺的地面试气流程设计合理,下入的射孔和试气联作管柱操作方便,缩短了作业周期,降低了生产成本,避免了地层污染;同时可充分利用地层能量来实现油气举升,能够安全高效地完成施工目标,探明地层油气情况,在短时间内实现油气井投产,亦适用于其他高GOR井的投产开发。Sudan oilfield is featured by high gas-oil ratio(GOR)and long cycle to put into production for some individual wells.So,four gas test processes were made,including(1)to connect test pipelines directly to surface production pipelines,(2)to empty the upper wellbore and then to lower perforation-test combination strings after preparing both wellhead and wellbore,(3)using with utilities such as RD safety valves,bypass subs,and packers to initialize perforating guns and to perforate at negative pressure through injecting fluid into casing annulus and hydraulic conduction;(4)to firstly obtain oil and gas production by using some ground facilities,then to develop a work system,and finally to convey oil and gas to gather stations by these production pipelines.Practices prove that,with reasonable design and convenient operation of perforation-test strings,these processes can shorten operation cycle,reduce production cost,eliminate underground pollution,and make full use of formation energy to realize a lifting.In addition,after their application,it is possible to safely and efficiently complete operating goals,make clear about oil and gas conditions,and quickly put into production.It is also suitable for some high-GOR wells in other areas.
