摘  要:在非均质性强、地应力差大的页岩气储层,常规段内多簇压裂工艺难以沟通储层中的天然裂缝形成复杂的水力裂缝网络。在四川盆地长宁、威远区块套管井试验了暂堵球分段压裂工艺,通过缩短簇间距、增大单段内的裂缝数目成功地实现了对套变影响段的有效改造,实现了页岩气井控储量的有效动用。为进一歩明确页岩气水平井段内投球暂堵压裂后水力裂缝的扩展规律,建立了投球暂堵压裂二维裂缝延伸模型,分析、总结了投球暂堵压裂过程中的裂缝延伸特征及不同工程参数对裂缝扩展的影响规律。数值模拟结果表明:①簇间距对裂缝扩展有一定的影响,隔簇扩展得到的裂缝缝宽分布较均匀;②簇间距对投球暂堵后裂缝的扩展模式的影响大于施工排量,在较大的簇间距与施工排量下能实现裂缝均衡扩展。结论认为:通过投球暂堵可实现受应力抑制裂缝的有效延伸,增加水力裂缝密度,实现裂缝均衡扩展。In some shale-gas reservoirs with strong heterogeneity and large difference in geostress,it is difficult to form complex hydraulic fracture network induced by multi-cluster fracturing in some conventional intervals.So,the staged fracturing technology with balls for temporary plugging was tested in cased wells,Changning and Weiyuan blocks,Sichuan Basin.By shortening the cluster spacing and increasing the number of induced fractures within a stage,the intervals affected by casing string were effectively stimulated to realize an effective production of well-controlled reserves.In order to make clear about the propagation laws of hydraulic fractures by temporary plugging with balls in horizontal shale-gas wells,a 2 D model on fracture propagation has been established to analyze and summarize the propagation characteristics and the influence of different engineering parameters on propagation during fracturing.Results show that:(1)the cluster spacing has a certain influence on the fracture propagation.The fracture width from extension of isolating clusters is even distributed;and(2)the cluster spacing has a greater influence on the propagation pattern after temporary plugging with balls than the construction displacement.Under the conditions of large cluster spacing and construction displacement,fractures can propagate evenly.It is concluded that effective fracture propagation influenced by stress can be realized,and the density of hydraulic fractures can be increased through temporary plugging with balls,and even their expansion can be realized.
