手指旋转撕脱离断伤断指再植的50例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究手指旋转撕脱离断伤断指的显微外科再植治疗效果。方法 使用回顾分析法,对我院收治的50例手指旋转撕脱离断伤断指患者实施显微镜下外科再植技术,观察预后效果。结果 50例手指旋转撕脱离断伤断指患者显微外科再植干预后,成活48例,断指成活率达到96%,失败2例,失败率4%。与治疗前相比,治疗后患者SAS、SDS与VAS指标评分下降,差异具有显著性,P<0.05。术后3个月对患者进行跟踪回访,了解手指功能恢复情况,综合表现优良47例,较差3例,优良率为94%。结论 使用显微外科再植术治疗手指撕脱断伤断指具有良好的临床应用效果,再植成功率提高,功能恢复良好。Objective To study the effect of microsurgical replantation in the treatment of finger rotation avulsion injury.Methods Using retrospective analysis method,50 cases of finger rotation avulsion injury in our hospital were treated with surgical replantation under microscope,and the prognosis was observed.Results After microsurgical replantation intervention,48 cases survived,the survival rate of severed fingers was 96%,2 cases failed,the failure rate was 4%.Compared with before treatment,the scores of SAS,SDS and vas decreased after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the patients were followed up to find out the recovery of finger function.The comprehensive performance was excellent in 47 cases and poor in 3 cases.The excellent and good rate was 94%.Conclusion Microsurgical replantation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of finger avulsion,the success rate of replantation is improved,and the function recovery is good.
