摘　　要：产业是经济之本,新时代下产业高质量发展是推进和实现经济高质量发展的关键。在理解和把握产业高质量发展基本内涵基础上,构建含有4个二级指标、15个三级指标和49个四级指标的产业高质量发展评价指标体系。基于客观赋权法对产业高质量发展评价指标进行熵权赋值,测度中国产业高质量发展水平及其变化,进而构建多元回归模型实证分析产业发展基础、产业发展新动能、产业发展绩效、产业发展绿色转型和产业结构高度化水平对产业高质量发展的影响。研究表明:中国产业高质量发展水平逐年提高;产业发展基础和产业发展新动能对产业高质量发展具有关键性和基础性作用,但产业发展绿色转型和高人力资本存量条件的作用却没有突显;二级评价指标和产业结构高度化对产业高质量发展具有显著性影响。Industry is the foundation of economy.High-quality industrial development is the core of promoting and realizing high-quality economic development in the new era.On the basis of understanding and grasping the basic connotation of high-quality industrial development,the evaluation index system of high-quality industrial development with 4 secondary indicators,15 third-level indicators and 49 fourth-level indicators is constructed.Based on the objective weighting method to assign entropy weights to the industrial high-quality development evaluation indicators,measure the high-quality development level of China’s industries and their changes,and then construct a multiple regression model to empirically analyze the foundation of industrial development,new drivers of industrial development,industrial development performance,and industrial development.The impact of green transformation and advanced level of industrial structure on the high-quality development of the industry.Research shows that the level of high-quality development of China’s industrial is increasing year by year;The foundation of industrial development and the new kinetic energy of industrial development play a key and basic role in the high-quality industrial development of the industry,but the role of green transformation of industrial development and high human capital stock conditions has not been highlighted;The secondary evaluation index and the advanced industrial structure have a significant impact on the high-quality development of industry.
