摘  要:我国非道路移动机械用柴油机第四阶段排放标准即将实施,防爆柴油机EGR系统的升级改造迫在眉睫。文章设计了基于TMS320F28335的EGR阀瞬态工况控制算法,通过在EGR阀开度基础MAP上,加上经自适应扩展卡尔曼滤波算法处理的瞬态空气流量修正,来确定阀的目标开度,通过增量PID减小目标开度与实际开度的偏差,实现瞬态工况EGR率的闭环控制,并通过实验验证了算法的有效性。In order to meet the fourth stage emission standard for explosion-proof diesel engine,the up grade of EGR system is needed.The transient operating condition control algorithm of EGR valve based on TMS320F28335 is designed.The target opening of EGR valve is determined by base MAP and transient air flow,the adaptive extended Kalman filtering algorithm is used in data processing of the transient air flow.The incremental PID which can realize closed-loop control was used to reduce the deviation between target opening and actual opening,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through experiments.
