摘　　要：为了实现轻量化,文章设计了一种三角形等距型面多环过盈连接结构。选用圆管代替实心轴,采用与传统过盈配合不同的多环过盈配合,以取代传统焊接形式,提升疲劳强度。同时,选择三角形等距型面过盈连接,可传递更大扭矩,更好的防转功能,合理的公差计算和材料强度选择,并提供一种工艺方法,以满足结构强度及装配要求。In order to realize lightweight,a multi-ring interference connection structure with triangular equidistant profile is designed.The circular tube is used instead of the solid shaft,and the multi-ring interference fit is different from the traditional interference fit to replace the traditional welding form to improve the fatigue strength.The choice of interference connection of triangular equidistance profile can transfer more torque,better anti-rotation function,reasonable tolerance calculation and material strength selection,and provide a technique to meet the requirements of structural strength and assembly.
